Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 3 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Flour

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Remove beef from pot and set aside.
  • 4. In the same pot, add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 5. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  • 6. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
  • 7. Return beef to the pot, add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
