Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck roast cut into chunks
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet Au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 6 whole Pepperoncini peppers

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place the beef chunks in the slow cooker.
  • 2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the beef.
  • 3. Add the butter and pepperoncini peppers on top.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice.
