Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This chili stew is even better the next day!
