Beef Broth
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
