Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang paste
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • 3. Stir in gochujang paste and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add diced potatoes, vegetable broth, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Adjust the amount of gochujang paste to control the spice level.
