Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the prime rib cubes and brown on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and vegetables, stir well.
5. Pour in the beef broth, add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
