Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Prime Rib cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the prime rib cubes and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and vegetables, stir well.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth, add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
