Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the frozen corn and peas. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
