Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Add the frozen corn and peas. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge.
