Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours.
  • 5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Stir well.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is even better the next day!
