Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is great for a cold day. Feel free to add other vegetables you have on hand.
