Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is great for a cold day. Feel free to add other vegetables you have on hand.
