beef stew meat
cut into bite-sized pieces

olive oil

onion

garlic

beef broth

carrots
sliced

potatoes
diced

dried thyme

tsp
dried rosemary

egg noodles
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
4. Add the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
5. Stir in the egg noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like peas or green beans.
