Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a Dutch oven or oven-safe pot, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Brown the stew meat on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir to combine.
  • Cover the pot with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven. Cook for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
