Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onions, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in the thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or peas.
