Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Spam sliced
  • 200 g Sausages sliced
  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup Tofu cubed
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pack Ramen Noodles

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine water, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add Spam, sausages, kimchi, tofu, and mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add ramen noodles and cook until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
