drained and rinsed
to taste
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Add the corn kernels and black beans to the pot. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
