Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 lb White Fish, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Clams
  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the white fish chunks, clams, and shrimp. Simmer until the seafood is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

This stew pairs well with crusty bread.
