Sour cream

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Add the beef stew meat, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir well to coat.
5. Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
6. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.
7. Stir in the sour cream and cook until heated through. Serve hot.
Notes:
Serve with egg noodles or rice for a complete meal.
