Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
3. Remove chicken and set aside.
4. In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
5. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
6. Return chicken to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, marinate the chicken with lime juice and spices for a few hours before cooking.
