Olive Oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Stir well.
Add the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day, so feel free to make it ahead of time.
