Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Squirrel, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 2 pcs Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the squirrel pieces and brown them on all sides.
  • 3. Remove the squirrel and set aside.
  • 4. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  • 5. Return the squirrel to the pot and add the chicken broth.
  • 6. Add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • 7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Make sure to clean the squirrel thoroughly before cooking.
