Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the Dutch oven over the campfire.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 4. Stir in the beef broth, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
