Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, and beef broth.
  • 4. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes.
