Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb Pork cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Lima Beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine the chicken, pork, corn, lima beans, tomatoes, and onion.
  • 2. Add the chicken broth, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew gets better the next day, so consider making it ahead of time.
