Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced carrots
  • 1 cup Diced celery
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Add the crab meat, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This crab stew is best served with a side of crusty bread.
