Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add the crab meat, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!

This crab stew is best served with a side of crusty bread.
