Beef chuck, cut into cubes

Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Onion, chopped

Garlic, minced

Beef broth

Tomato paste

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
4. Stir in tomato paste, then add beef broth, sweet potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
5. Return beef to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas.
