Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the diced potatoes and sliced carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy night in. Feel free to add other vegetables you like!
