cod fillets, cut into chunks

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for another minute.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, seafood stock, and white wine. Bring to a simmer.
Add cod, shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cover and cook until seafood is cooked through and mussels and clams have opened, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
