Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine
  • 1 pound cod fillets, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 pound mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 0.5 pound clams, cleaned
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for another minute.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, seafood stock, and white wine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add cod, shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cover and cook until seafood is cooked through and mussels and clams have opened, about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
