Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Add the chopped carrots and diced potatoes. Stir well.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day!
