Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  • 3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 4. Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Add diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. You can add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for more flavor.
