Ingredients:

gochujang (Korean red chili paste)

soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, add chicken pieces and water. Bring to a boil.
Add potatoes, carrot, onion, and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add green onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes:
Adjust the amount of gochujang to your spice preference.
