Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Stir to combine.
  • Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth, add salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours or until the beef is tender.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of red wine while cooking.
