Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Canned beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Add diced tomatoes, beans, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
