Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Add diced tomatoes, beans, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
