Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the cubed pork and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and add the chopped green chilies, ground cumin, and oregano. Stir to combine.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is great served with warm tortillas or over rice.
