Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and onions to the pot.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Feel free to add any other vegetables you have on hand.
