Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add turkey and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 45 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add more vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
