Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey breast, cubed
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add turkey and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat, add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
