Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, then add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day!
