Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the pinto beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and beef broth.
4. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is great with a side of cornbread.
