Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Spam cut into cubes
  • 200 g Hotdogs sliced
  • 200 g Tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 1 packet Instant Noodles
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Green Onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, add the chicken broth, gochujang, gochugaru, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add the Spam, hotdogs, tofu, and kimchi. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add the instant noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  • 4. Stir in the chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day and can be customized with your favorite ingredients.
