Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 large Carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1 lb Beef, cubed
  • 1 can Tomatoes, diced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add beef, cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomatoes, beef broth, and potatoes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 4 hours.

Notes:

You can keep adding ingredients and simmering this stew for days. Just make sure to maintain proper food safety practices.
