Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 3 stalks Celery sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the cubed chicken breast, cook until browned.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots and celery, cook for a few minutes.
  • 5. Pour in the chicken broth, add salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
