Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add squid and cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns opaque.
Add taro, salt, pepper, and fish sauce. Stir well.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes until taro is tender.
Garnish with cilantro before serving, if desired.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
