Bisquick Dumplings

Bisquick mix

milk
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook chicken over medium heat until browned.
2. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until well blended.
4. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix and milk until a soft dough forms.
6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto simmering stew. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
7. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
