Dumplings Ingredients

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onions and cook until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
6. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
7. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
8. Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture onto the simmering stew. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
