Ingredients:

beef chuck
cut into cubes

finely chopped

garlic
minced

paprika

caraway seeds

tomato paste

beef broth

bay leaves
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and cook until golden brown.
3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds.
5. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
6. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes.
7. Pour in the beef broth, add the bay leaves, and bring to a boil.
8. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the beef is tender.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread or over egg noodles.
