Olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the pork cubes and brown on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in the butternut squash, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until pork and squash are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes.
