Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chicken cubes and cook until browned.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Add sliced bell peppers, cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes.
