Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chicken cubes and cook until browned.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add sliced bell peppers, cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth, add salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or potatoes.
