Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Add cubed lamb, cook until browned on all sides.
Add chopped tomatoes, sliced carrots, and cubed potatoes. Stir well.
Pour in beef broth, add ground cumin and ground cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew pairs well with rice or flatbread.
