Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until tender, about 30 minutes.
3. In a blender, combine tomatillos, cilantro, onion, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the blended mixture into the pot with the chicken. Add salt and pepper.
5. Simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
