beef broth

tomato sauce

cumin

coriander

paprika

carrots
sliced

potatoes

peas
to taste

Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is soft.
Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce. Stir in the cumin, coriander, and paprika.
Add the carrots and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Stir in the peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve hot with rice or bread.
