Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 Carrots, chopped
  • 3 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat the Dutch oven over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Add beef stew meat and cook until browned.
  • Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
