Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Add the frozen peas and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Great with crusty bread.
