Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Add the frozen peas and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
