Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with rice or tortillas.
