Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the chopped onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with rice or tortillas.
